Service scope

Apostille for China provides private document review, submission, tracking, and return-shipping assistance. We are not a government agency or law firm and do not guarantee government timing or acceptance by a receiving organization.

Customer and document responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, eligible originals or certified copies, and timely responses. Government, third-party, and shipping fees already incurred are not refundable. Mail originals only after the customer account displays case-specific instructions.

Privacy and support

We use only the account, order, payment-status, message, and shipping information reasonably needed to provide service and meet legal obligations. Stripe handles card data. Verified access or deletion requests may be sent to privacy@apostilleforchina.com.
