Refund and Cancellation Policy

A cancellation requested within 24 hours may receive a full service-fee refund only if substantive review, preparation, filing, or shipping work has not begun. After work begins, any refund is limited to the unearned portion. Government, shipping, and third-party fees already incurred are non-refundable.
