Scope and Boundary of Application

• Apostille does not replace the review of document content, validity period, translation or business materials by Chinese institutions.

Don’t be confused with the concept of certification

State documents are usually treated by the issuing state. The applicant's state of residence, agency location and China usage location will not change the source of the document.
